Public Art for Mirvish Village is envisaged as a critical, integrated part of Westbank Corp’s re-development plans for one of Toronto’s most exciting and anticipated revitalization projects.
TAP, In collaboration with Reid Shier Inc., is developing a thoughtful curatorial plan to punctuate the mixed-use development.
Westbank Corp is known for its significant public art contributions on many of its development projects. They recognize the cultural and historical significance of the development site and the role that Mirvish Village has played over the past century in the development of the city and its people.
The Mirvish Village project presents a generational opportunity to imagine public art as a key component of the development’s public realm and will be a major addition to the cultural fabric of the City of Toronto.
