Judith is a seasoned international art connoisseur recognized for creating inspiring, art-informed environments that add depth and meaning to interior and public spaces. For more than 25 years, she has worked with the world’s leading artists, art experts and designers to develop and install innovative art projects in North America, Europe, and Asia.

One of Canada’s leading contemporary art dealers for more than 15 years, Judith has blended her love of fine arts and travel into a thriving consulting practice, working with architects and developers across the globe. She has positioned herself as a thought-leader and art expert, specializing in concept creation and implementation for public, retail, corporate, and hospitality spaces.

Judith is co-founder of the Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival, the world’s largest photography festival. She has curated more than 150 exhibitions and regularly attends art fairs around the globe.

Amy has a background in residential and commercial interior design. She is responsible for developing innovative art programs for TAP’s hospitality, retail, and corporate clients. Working closely with our team of researchers and communication strategists, Amy conceptualizes and implements cohesive art plans that support a client’s story and budget. As part of her role, Amy oversees art research, sourcing, curation and framing, and collaborates with artists on major commissions.

Barbara has a great depth of knowledge in both art consulting and interior design. Holding an MA, Contemporary Art, Sotheby’s Institute of Art, NY, Barbara previously worked with global, high-end residential clients. A keen patron of the arts, Barbara has been actively involved with partners in art and The Art Gallery of Ontario on special projects, fund raising events, and on acquisition committees. Barbara’s passion has been public art and she is actively engaged in various endeavours which aim to explore and expand Toronto’s public art activations.

Rebecca Carbin holds a Masters in Curating Contemporary Art from Goldsmith’s College, University of London, UK. While working as an independent curator and art consultant in London she worked with a variety of clients and agencies including Artangel, Public Art Development Trust, British Broadcasting Corporation, the Corporation of London, West Ham United Football Club and the Saatchi Gallery. As Public Art Officer for the City of Toronto, Rebecca grew the City’s percent for art program and opened up commissioning opportunities to artists working in a variety of media and at all stages in their careers. Currently, Rebecca Carbin is Public Art Program Manager for Waterfront Toronto where she is responsible for all aspects of planning and commissioning art within the public realm of the designated Waterfront area. Rebecca is also Founder of I Heart Your Work Art Futures, an artwork production concept that brings a kick-starter approach to contemporary art patronage. Rebecca is responsible for helping and advising TAP to develop public art programs, instilling a sense of continuity in all of her work. Rebecca successfully creates a sense of place that reflects the local context at both micro and macro scales.

Chris is an Architect and Interior Designer practicing in Guangzhou. He has worked for top international design firms on lifestyle and luxury environments, which include residential high rises, luxury retail, and lifestyle hospitality. Chris serves as the Vice President of Tatar Art Projects Asia. Beyond creating beautiful environments,

Chris has been active in teaching architectural design at the New York Institute of Technology. He has been a guest speaker at Tinghua University in Beijing and at the University of Saint Joseph in Macau.  As a New York-licensed architect, Chris approaches design from a global perspective. He explores each project within the context of location, time and history, bringing together eastern and western influences, craftsmanship, and the precision of machines. Each space he designs blends luxury and stylish modernity, creating a timeless contemporary environment.

Lisa Costa is a seasoned bookkeeper with over 21 years of experience in the finance, and a decade of experience in the design industry. She joined Tatar Art Projects in 2016 after working with IBI Group for more than a decade, and Marshall Cummings Interior Design prior to them becoming a division of IBI Group in 2004 . She brings extensive years of financial, administrative, and client management experience from the architecture and interior design industries.
